Brewed a cup this morning and the altitude really shows—there’s a clean, bright finish that lingers just right. I’ve tried a few Sumatran coffees before, but this one’s natural processing keeps the cup surprisingly smooth without any harshness. Definitely restocking.
The natural processing keeps the aroma surprisingly clean, which is rare for a coffee grown this high. I brewed it in my pour-over and got a smooth, bright cup that lasted through two mornings.
