The pineapple note is unmistakable but not overpowering—it hits upfront and then mellows into that honey sweetness on the finish. Brewed it as a pour-over and the fruitiness really came alive. Definitely one of the more interesting cups I've had this month.

As a cold brew, it's a totally different beast—the pineapple comes through bright and wild, while the honey keeps everything round and mellow. Even my second steep tasted like a tropical fruit punch. Definitely the most interesting bag I've had in a while.

Brewed this as a pour-over this morning and the pineapple note really does come through—it’s bright and almost juicy, not at all artificial. The honey sweetness balances it out perfectly, making it a smooth, lively cup that I’ve already gone back for twice.
