Las Perlitas Pink Bourbon est un café lavé issu de petits lots de producteurs de Huila, cultivé entre 1 900 et 2 300 mètres d'altitude. Il se distingue par son acidité vive, sa douceur fruitée et de délicates notes florales, offrant en tasse un profil élégant et complexe.
The washed process keeps everything so clean and bright—that lively acidity hits right away but settles into a fruity sweetness that lingers. I brewed it in my V60 and it was honestly one of the smoothest cups I've had from Huila, even at 2,300 meters the body feels balanced.
The altitude really shows in this one—everything about it feels bright and clean, like the fruitiness is still alive in the cup. I brewed it as a pour-over and the sweetness balanced the acidity perfectly, definitely a standout from Huila.
The pink bourbon’s vivacious acidity really comes through in every sip, and that fruity sweetness lingers nicely without being cloying. Brewed it as a pour-over this morning and the clarity was remarkable for a washed lot from high altitude. Definitely a new favorite for my slow weekend routine.
