The decaf is so rich I honestly forgot it was caffeine-free—the crema came out thick and nutty just like my morning shot. I’ve been brewing it after dinner when guests are over, and the ritual feels just as special without keeping anyone up.
I’ve been missing my evening espresso ritual and this decaf set finally lets me enjoy one without lying awake at midnight — the flavor’s surprisingly bold for a decaf. The included tazza is a nice touch too, feels proper in the hand.
