That nutty-citrus combo is exactly what my mornings needed—the hazelnut comes through first, then the lemon zest lingers just enough. I've been brewing it in my pour-over and it holds up beautifully without turning bitter. Finishing the bag way faster than I planned.
First brew this morning and the balance is spot on—that citrus brightness lifts the nutty sweetness without either one overpowering the cup. Ground it fine for my espresso setup and the crema came out lovely, which says a lot for a specialty blend.
