That nutty-citrus combo is exactly what my mornings needed—the hazelnut comes through first, then the lemon zest lingers just enough. I've been brewing it in my pour-over and it holds up beautifully without turning bitter. Finishing the bag way faster than I planned.

First brew this morning and the balance is spot on—that citrus brightness lifts the nutty sweetness without either one overpowering the cup. Ground it fine for my espresso setup and the crema came out lovely, which says a lot for a specialty blend.

The hazelnut and almond notes come through so smoothly, and the citrus finish lingers just enough to keep it interesting. Ground it for my espresso machine and it brewed a beautifully balanced cup with zero bitterness. Already ordered a second bag.
