Káva Asman Gayo pochází z oblasti Aceh na severu Sumatry, kde rostliny bujně rostou v nadmořské výšce 1300 až 1650 metrů. Přírodní zpracování zvyšuje aromatickou čistotu, aniž by ztratilo ikonické tělo této oblasti.

To, že jsme byli oceněni jako Nejlepší pražírna Itálie 2026, nás přimělo hledat dokonalou křivku pražení pro tuto tak komplexní várku. Pracovali jsme na vyvážení intenzity kakaových bobů (cocoa nibs) s ovocnou a vyzrálou sladkostí, která připomíná třešňovou marmeládu a sušené švestky.

Výsledkem je šálek s dlouhou a kořeněnou dochutí. Je to ideální káva pro ty, kdo hledají smyslové dobrodružství, daleko od klasických profilů, ale se vší elegancí, kterou může poskytnout pouze prvotřídní řemeslné pražení.
